Welcome to the site.

Once my headache goes away from the way you typed i might be able to say something....

Ok here we go,as far as the S/C part go to downingatlanta.com I personally don't think that S/C will work on the 1.6l engine. Downingatlantas i believe are just for 1.9 liters. Everything else you want to do sounds cool.
I just saw u said u wanted a 1.9l engine then S/C. Why not buy a used m3 engine and just swap it, that might be a little cheaper depending on how much you get an engine for and a hell of alot more hp and alot more options for the engine can be bought.

well the M3 engine the 3.2ltr 321hp the Evo version of the E36 M is very expensive in egypt and it will cost me about 15,000$ maybe more.. !
so its not worth the M engine
the 1.9i engine is cheap and can make ands meet with me....! and with the SC it would make around 215hp thats what i heard on the DA website
