Default Idle problem / Possible alternator problem

I know there is a lot of people here that have posted threads like this, but I would like to put in my version of the situation. A few months back, I had the same idle problem as every one else. Just as a disclaimer, not only have I had the ICV changed, but also the idler pulley changed because it made a whining noise when i rev the engine so the idling was fine at the time. However, a couple of months ago, my A/C was going bad, and locked itself in so I had to rev the engine so that it could burn off the belt so the car can run again. Also, I notice when I turn on the lights in the car, the idling is pretty bad, especially at night. The whining even came back again so I think the idler pulley must have gone bad again. Besides having to change the A/C compressor, belt and possibly the idler pulley, would I possibly have to have the alternator changed?

possibilities cound be , bad or dead battery cell, bad alternator, or (main) a bad grounding, possibly from the engin (motor) to the car.

I had the battery changed not too long ago too which I forgot to mention. I have been meaning to have my alt. checked out, could be a cause but it wasn't acting up like that again until my A/C locked on me.

wow...

...

if your belt tension is low, it could cause slipping when the alternator is under load (e.g. with the lights on).

change the belt first, check the idler and tensioners for good smooth action. then see how your idle behavior is.

I am having all of that fixed once I get in enough money put together. I mean it stopped stalling after burning off the belt, but it still idles rough. I am in no hurry to have it all fixed since I can just enjoy mother nature's A/C . The only weird thing is that this idling problem usually happens at night and when I tried turning on the lights during the day, nothing.
