There are a couple of stickies in the engine swap section.
http://www.318ti.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=26

Off the top of my head.
Motor
ECU
driveshaft
transmission
radiator and hoses
Instrument Cluster

You will probably be replacing motor mounts and maybe tranny mounts with new.

EWS module under dash behind glove compartment, EWS transponder chip inside of key, ECU. Power steering hoses, A/C lines(engine compartment), charcoal canister, catalytic converter, plus everything Steven mentioned. If you plan on relocating the battery to the rear, you should pull that whole positive cable and terminals out as well.

To add to Stevens list; a few little things that could get over-looked are :
Rad-supports, 2 plastic pieces on the frame rails and 2 other little clips on top of the rad itself.
Grab the plastic rad cover that sits just above the kidneys too, its different than ours. Did 95's use an alternator cooling duct? If so, grab that too, it connects to the rad cover.
Front brake setup.
IAT sensor and airbox (depending on your plans)

I wouldn't worry so much about driveshaft and transmission personally unless your having issues with yours, that is unless the TU is a totally different beast than a norm m50. Ours will work fine.

I heard the throttle cable also needs to be pulled?

I would also swap the dash

Throttle cable is different but I'd rather have a new one. They are not that expense and throttle cables stretch over time. The dash would only ruin it. I like the ti dash.

I totally agree. A while back I toyed with the idea of swapping my dash. But then I came to my senses and realized that the ti dash reminds me that I'm not driving an ordinary e36. I like the e30ish cockpit feel. IMO, the ti offers a perfect balance of styling and performance between the e30 and e36.

I also agree... If I had a 'normal' E36 I might consider swapping in a ti dash.

Theres not really alot of "support" to these rads, there in there pretty cleverly. Its just 2 little black clips up top that kind of "claw" into the radiator and attach to the nose panel IIRC. I really can't remember how the m4x rad attached so can't say for sure if you even need them but you might as well grab them for spares if there the same. The other 2 "supports" are down on the frame rails on the sides of the rad. Something tells me you might only need one of them too but its been awhile since Ive done this!

Also, when I said you don't need the transmission, if your manual and it has a better clutch, id grab that or keep it complete. If its an auto, you should probably keep it but I know zero about automatics, lol

ps. +1 for Ti dash all day.

You need the cluster to read the tach properly.

Get the sway bar and adjoining pieces out too. If you want cruise, pull all the electronic pieces for it. Module and actuator.
