Default HELP! Broken wheel stud

Looking for ideas on how to extract a broken wheel stud. Quickly. Locked on with Red Permitex. About 1" exposed. Heated it, tried to flatten it's. Really stuck.

Looking to get it to replace it to get into the track.

I'd say blow torch but you already tried it.
You are able to get a vice grip on it?

I think I've removed stubborn studs by double locked a lug nut and wrenching it off.
That and heating the crap out of it.
