Default 16" wheels with tires

Alright ive got 16 inch wheels with 225/45-16 size tires will that actually make me accelerate any faster off the line?

About zero seconds faster (it's negligible).

But it will make your speedo off (it will read lower), as well as gas mileage (it will go up).
