where did you get all the parts from? And you did ALL the bushings or just the control arm bushings?

Car feels so much tighter up front. much less slop. Definitely well worth the money. Admittedly I do regret not getting m3 bushings and e30 control arms.
and yeah whoops just control arm bushings.

I have also gone ahead and diagnosed why my car seemed to be overheating and not pushing out any heat. The coolant system just needed to be bled and topped up. Go figures. Still nice when its an easy fix that doesn't cost anything. Next up will be an alignment and painting the wheels a nice graphite color and rear brakes.

lookin gorgeous man. Btw i notice that front suspension kit from bavauto.com came with control arm bushings but not the brackets right? So i'm assuming you had to use the bracket that was already on your car to pry out the old ones and pop in the new ones?

it's a direct fit? From bavauto? Is it that much of a difference?!

It was for me since I had a very worn out tie rod and bushings. But from now on I'll be sticking to bmw parts

i understand but are M3 control arms and M3 bushings that much of a difference compared to 318ti control arms and bushings?

btw how did you pry out the old bushing from the bracket and insert the new one? How difficult was it?

the bushings are a great bang-for-the-buck difference. if you google, there are pics comparing ti/base e30 to m3 and its a large difference.

Hey guys, So I know that I have gone radio silent on you guys but I can confidently say that I have been busy! I have installed new wheels that have been custom painted light argent effect (GM color, go figure), I have fitted H&R Sport springs to the already installed Bilstein Sport shocks and I have been ripping apart a $400 parts car. I have been scavenging many parts from that car to clean up and fix things on my car from the tool kit to front interior pillars to the dreaded 318ti glove box handle. Here are a few pictures to bring you all up to date. Let me know what you guys think!

So I've been busy! Wheels, lights, seats, suspension. Hopefully turning this into a real racer for next summer!
