Default Will e46 rear shocks fit on a e36 ti?

I have a used pair of Bilstein heavy duty rear shocks from my e46 (replaced all 4 on that with koni's). Does anyone know if they will fit in the e36 ti? They only have about 5K on them and I need to replace all 4 shocks on the ti, would love to only have to buy 2 instead of 4. Any info or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here's your reference, just cross reference parts of the E36 and E34, make sure check the year too respectively. I don't think so you can interchangeable.
