anything and every hard part that you could possibly need to swap your e36 from automatic to 5 speed.. every bolt.. hard line, master/slave cylinder, pedal(s), clutch, flywheel, driveshaft...

tranny has 183k on it, fresh fluid and no grinds..at all. lived a very gentle long life before me and it shows.

for an extra $100.00 i have a welded 3.45 diff also, will not fit ti, but good for e36 2d/4d

buyer pays shipping, or pick up in myrtle beach, sc. if you are somewhat local (nc/sc/so. va/ga) i will deliver for gas money.

Ok, The car is low mileage just under 70K. The auto trans works well I just want to convert to 5-speed.

I expect to complete the swap by October. If your interested...can you make an offer on the transmission...and what ever parts you are interested.

I still need a console and shifter and boot for a 5-speed. I am also looking for tan/beige convertible door panels that are in good shape...no delaminations or bubbles.

still have this transmission swap.. $550.00 shipped gets you everything that will get a 5 speed into your automatic transmission equipped e36.

and i mean everything.... but a shift knob.

transmission, shim plate, flywheel, usable clutch, usable guibo, driveshaft, shifter rods, shift lever, transmission mount, pedal set, brake/clutch master cylinders, slave cylinder, lines, even all the bolts. if i forgot to list anything..it's there.

diff is not included in this price, but i have several.. e36 2/4dr only though. 3.45 welded, and 3.15 LSD... $200 and $400 shipped respectively.

also have an m50 complete swap from a 92 325i.. 154k complete swap..motor, trans, harness, dme, driveshaft..etc.. $1000.00 obo.. prefer pickup in myrtle beach, sc. i have no way to transport it to a shipper.
