Question 3rd Brake light question???

This could've gone in either interior or exterior but has anyone changed the light bulbs to these before? I'm talking about the brake light in the rear window. One of my bulbs is out and i couldn't figure out how to remove that assembly. I pulled on it slightly but i did not budge.

Pull the plastic cover straight down, away from the glass. Be careful of the foam around the housing, it crumbles easily. The housing is held by two metal friction clips. It will make a horrible metalic scatping sound as you pull. It should be ok. From there, you should be able to replace the bulbs.
