Default Stock Ride Height Specs?

Lookin' through the Bentley, they list ride height specs for E36's (not ti, of course). Just wondering if anyone has those numbers for the ti?

I want to know if my car is sagging at all.

I don't understand the measuring points they use. The bottom of the fender to the bottom of the rim flange? Sounds weird. Why not center of wheel (precisely marked by the roundel) to bottom of fender? Then that eliminates the wheel diameter, tire height, etc.
