From Delage. It's expensive as hell though. And shipping will cost even more since it has to be shipped from France.

are you looking for a car or the body kit?

Delage makes the kit but it's wicked expensive, as for getting a whole car all pre-built, you'd have to search pretty hard to find one for sale
