Cool just bought ti, HELP ME!!

I just bought a '95 ti and need some help. right now it is completely stock but I have a good amount of cash that i want to drop into it. what i need to know is where is the best place to get aftermarket styling parts; bumpers, skirts, wings, lights, hoods, fenders. another thing is what are the performance mods i should do and which ones should i just skip. finally what fits on the 318 ti? which E36 parts match on all E36's and which ones need to be bought specifically for the compact. i'm also not really happy with the interior. it is black leather with the red and black cloth and red stitching on the shifter boot. anyone want to trade for all black ? or know a place i can order some all black leather to fit on the 318ti? anyone know how much it would cost to have it custom done at a shop? anyone have any advice/experience on buying **** off ebay? any help anyone can give me on any of these topics would help a lot thanks

Bavauto is a good place to buy from As far as performance mods I would do a downing atlanta super charger if you have the cash I think they are around $3000 I would go with clear coners sides and taillights the tailights have to be for the ti. 2 door taillights dont fit I found out the hard way.A cold air intake is the best cheap engine mod around 300$.Thats about all I know to do.

i have a 95 ti too...great car

go with clear corners...OEM style...

the ti takes corners for 4door models...
tail lights are specific to the ti
and sidemarkers are same on 2dr/4dr

downing atlanta SC is the best, but im not sure if you can get them in germany

as for ebay, i buy many car parts off ebay...but i generally use ebay to buy parts that are not terribly important...(IE: shift knob, ebrake handle, pedal sets, and i got tail lights/corner lights/side lgihts from there too) in other words, i wouldnt trust ebay all the time with something like body parts...i hear people that got ebay body kits and they fit bad and just suck

i bought OEM style corners and side lgihts...they were a lot cheaper than OEM bmw brand, but they fit the same...i did buy bmw brand tail lights though.

try BMP Design, they have a lot of performance parts. As far as cosmetic stuff I have leaned that german parts are much better quality than american or elsewhere made parts. This is due to the German inspection standards(TUV). Parts are held to a higher standard. You will better of ordering from a german website or a germany besed company. Take it from me cause I have seen both ends of the scene.

http://www.bmpdesign.com/ , http://www.fk-automotive.com/ , these are two great site for parts. If the website is in german look around a bit and look for the Link where it translates it into various languages.
