It was just for mock up purposes. Whether they're 18" with low profile tires on them or 18" with gold plating, I'd still go with steelies and BMW hub caps. | | | 01-12-2007, 08:04 AM | #18 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: Northern Michigan Posts: 867 | dude don't mind these tools! Those I can understand on bigger show cars but not our little ti's if I saw a picture of it maybe it would give me a better idea and sway my opinion but other then that I think they would look terrible. I dont want to put down but thats just my honest opinion. __________________ my new world | | | 01-12-2007, 09:48 AM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 1,363 | Get stock Ds1 or ds2 rims, or the new m3 ones, drool. I would work on the look. BTW, Sell thoes ebay lights, and get some real euro glass with hids. Only around 200-300$ Please dont pimp out the ti with loads of chrome, but if you do, paint your car silver...that looks hot! | | | 01-12-2007, 09:23 PM | #21 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Quote: Originally Posted by Tyler Sorry i think they both look ugly and wouldn't even put either one on my ti if they were given to me. I'd still go with the black ones, if and only if it were up to me out of those two. | | | 01-12-2007, 09:52 PM | #23 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: PA Posts: 822 | I don't thik either of the two would look good on the ti. Try to sell both and get some BBS RX 18" weels, a nice clean set of M wheels, or something that preserves the euro look of the ti. | | | 01-12-2007, 10:42 PM | #24 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: dorchester Posts: 700 | Yeah go with a set of M's..chromes out and the solid look never really reached the uk let alone caught on (plus it'll heat ur brakes up more surely??) but ino neither are mega offensive..post some pics though i'd be interested to see | | | 02-17-2007, 11:02 PM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Bath NY Posts: 120 | I'm going for the calender next year watch me!! __________________ | | | 02-17-2007, 11:24 PM | #26 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Austin, TX Posts: 250 | im not gonna judge untill i see wut both look like on ur car, thats the only real way to tell if they are good or bad, but id prefere black on black rims __________________ | | | 02-18-2007, 02:08 PM | #27 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: ipswich Posts: 656 | black ones out of the 2 __________________ 318TI FOR SALE MESSAGE ME FOR MORE INFORMATION | | | 02-18-2007, 03:04 PM | #28 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Florida Posts: 146 | i say for sure u need to ride with the black on black.. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
