Default Air conditioning control panel

I need to change the lamp that illuminates the heater.. A/C switches. It appears there is a screw behind the fan switch. Any trick to taking this panel out. I can be a bit hamfisted with plastic clips and such when I don't know in advance.

WAIT! make sure you have your code card for your cd player before you take it out. I just did this replacement recently and i guess there is a security feature requires you to type in a code after taking out the cd player. Since i bought my car used i didnt have the card and now i have to pay $50 at a dealer to get the code. ALSO you need a special BMW allen wrench to unscrew those nuts holding the cd player in... but i found that using a small screw driver will do the trick. good luck
