Default stripped threads in the head

GAHH
I was trying to tighten the bolts and ofcourse this happened
I stripped the threads in the head.. its so stripped I can slip the bolt in.. mest up on two of them. I tried the permatex stuff and noo deal. I read something about
helicoil and i think im gonna end up doing that.. so my questions are.
1. where can I find the helicoils that fit my block?
2. can i just take it to any shop or a bmw certified shop?
3. about how much would this fix cost me at a shop?

I would skip the Helicoils and go with TimeSerts. http://www.timesert.com/

Its about impossible to strip the bolts themselves when screwing into aluminum. Helicoils will work fine there since there's not much tension on them. Helicoils are easy to find at most auto parts stores, 6mmx1.0 is what you need. Serts are nice and come in a nice set but most places don't keep them in stock, for small bolts like this I wouldn't waste the time ordering them either.
