Default 1998 e36 sensor question

From the looks the TI and 4 door 6 cylinder maf sensor looks different but could I swap it and use the 6 cylinder maf into the TI? I need to buy a maf sensor but on budget

You can swap in a 1995 M3 or 328i MAF since the plug or connector are the same. If you use any I-6 MAF on a M44 you will have to get the MAF table or code re-written on the DME for it to work correctly
