Default horn

this a euro three spoke wheel and the new slip ring does not have the ribbon. The slip ring has the three brass rings for the contact pin. The horn will blow it I hot wire it.

I'm sorry about that. Question what happens when you hot wire it from the steering column?

This information would've been helpful in your original post. You're not the first person who has run into this problem, the ti uses a different slip ring system than other e36's.
