Recommendation on a good repair shop in San Diego

Hi I've recently been having a problem with my ti repeatedly blowing fuse 23. I've tried to fix it myself for awhile and even thought I had it figured out... but after about 2 weeks the fuse blew again and continues to blow every time I start the car.

Anyway, I really need my car right now and don't have to the time to try to fix this by myself.

Can anyone recommend a good repair shop in San Diego, California?
Hopefully one that is not too expensive if that is possible?

i also heard bmw specialists down town and dieters porsche and bmw were good places.
anyone know about either of these places?

My mom used to take her benz to Dieter's, he was pretty good by all accounts. That's all I know about the downtown places...
