Have any of you guys found this website? http://www.bmw-syndikat.de/bmwsyndik...act+%26+Cabrio This thing is incredible......hardly legible, but overall a great collection of tuned "ti's". I think these guys have done it all with the ti, taking it to the extreme and some even beyond that. Take a look and tell me what you guys think. p.s. I deeply apologize for sounding like an ass if you guys have already seen this site. -Juni | | | 11-09-2005, 03:38 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: PA Posts: 1,906 | right hand column, 8th one down. i feeling the two tone colors. and the complete debadge!! sick they all kick ass in their own way!! __________________ | | | 11-09-2005, 03:49 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Tennessee Posts: 523 | On some of those does it not seem that trhe back tire is smaller than the front propably just me lol | | | 11-09-2005, 04:07 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | Quote: Originally Posted by 1rstbmw! So the rear tire is usually streched over the rear rim in order to make it all fit into the wheel wells. | | | 11-09-2005, 04:10 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Tennessee Posts: 523 | Wish i could afford to do that!...saving for a sc though | | | 11-09-2005, 05:49 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Fort Collins, CO Posts: 1,305 | | | | 11-09-2005, 01:10 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | I glad to see that soo many of you are enjoying this website. On that site I saw a couple ti's that will closely resemble my finished ti. I've also noticed that none of those guys have SC's. The infamous engine swap seems to be the weapon of choice. | | | 11-09-2005, 06:16 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | Whether to use F/I or a swap is a matter of preference and requirements. It's not that one is necessarily better than the other. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 11-09-2005, 06:39 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | Quote: Originally Posted by aceyx Whether to use F/I or a swap is a matter of preference and requirements. It's not that one is necessarily better than the other. | Also......availiabilty is another factor in that equation And I'm not saying that one is better than another.....just simply saying that, that seems to be the preffered method of producing power (overseas).....probably due to the saturation of high powered engines availiable in their market. It might even be more cost effective for them. Then again this all just a theory. | | | 11-09-2005, 07:12 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | I totally agree with you. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 11-09-2005, 07:56 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | So Aceyx......which one is your favorite Ti on that site? | | | 11-09-2005, 10:28 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: England Posts: 177 | | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
