Default Fixing chips and the like...

Has anybody out there tried Dr. Colorchip for fixing paint chips? If so, how did it rate, easy to work, how's it hold up? I'd like to know.

If not, I just ordered two kits and I'll post some results later on...

I like their stuff - bought 2 kits about 4 years ago so technically the paint is past what they claim for shelf life. Just used some to touch up the wife's car (Bordeaux red Mercedes) still matches and works really easy - great on small chips like its designed for. One thing to remember is it is easy to reapply so if you take to much off a larger chip or scratch you can easily go back and fill in. Just do what they say - dab and smear. I have used it to fix some bigger scratches on the bumper - worked fairly well but you don't dab and smear in that case.

Now I'll get to see if they have violettschwartz for the new to me ti. It has a scratch clear across the hood that could be improved (also checking into what a repaint would cost at the local trade school - a bit OT).

I Think you will like the product.
