Default What brakes do I recommend cheap/good?

Hello, I have an BMW E36 318TI with the m42. I've been searching to which brakes should I mount in the front, as every time I go on hard, they get too hot. Doing a bit of research I found that a good and easy conversion is putting the front E46 320d 300mm disc brakes. You just need the caliper, caliper support and discs and brake pads. Easy conversion and very satisfied with it. Totally recommend it. I keep the rear stock as it doesn't need too much upgrade, more than pads and discs.
