Default wheel shake at highway speeds

Hey,

I got new outer ball joints and bushings installed this week. This had made a big difference to the handling of my car. I have a lot of control again and it feels great for the most part.

However, when i get onto the highway or speeds greater than 80Km/h i get a hard vibrating shake in the wheel. I never got this before i changed the new parts.

Also, when i hit bumps in the road the wheel jerks in my hand and sometimes it will still kind of go where it wants to. This happened before the new joints and bushings too. I was hoping all this would go away.

So after reading i think i need new tie rod ends? does this sound like the right symptoms for needing new tie rod ends? Do i need just the ends or the inner part too?

The balance and alignment is all fine, they did it twice after i brought it back, but they never said anything about the tie rod.
