At first I thought it sounded kind of ghetto until I saw my buddy's MKIII GTI with his done. I thought it looks really clean and my headliner is currently tacked up so I need it done anyway. My seats will eventually be re-wrapped in tan leather so something to match would be great. I know we have a Fabric district down here in LA. I thought to do a shift boot and ebrake boot in a designer pattern or something just for kicks. I would say Gucci. haha. __________________ -Theta Chi- Float like a cadilac, sting like a BIMMER .... my socket is just too thick and won't fit in the hole! damnit! Marv's 332ti is in the werks. Only reason I wanna do Louis Vuitton is because everyone does Gucci! Meh, I may wait a while anyway. I'll prolly just pull down the sh*tty looking headliner and roll metal for a while, as well as the pillars. It'll look better than it does currently. Besides, I just blew all my money on other stuff! I have an eBay header coming, high-flow cat, Dinan chip and I just got my head and intake back from the machine shop - they were port matched and polished. | | | 09-15-2009, 05:33 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Elizabeth City, NC Posts: 3,877 | Quote: Originally Posted by BahnBurnerE36 I have an eBay header coming | Ebay headers have been proven to lose hp. Yeah, everybody has Gucci headliners these days. Heck there's prolly atleast 10 people on this forum alone Plastic 1 piece ebay chrome headlights and a Louis Vuitton interior, I like where this is going. LV is not going to sell their fabric directly to you or to a retailer that will be distributing it. You're going to have to go with a knock off print. | | | 09-29-2009, 09:19 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Columbia MD Posts: 215 | And you wouldn't want to be seen in no ti with no knockoff LV drapes. That's just ghetto, yo. __________________ *Except 318ti '97 318ti M-Sport '95 M3 BMWCCA | | | 09-29-2009, 10:13 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Detroit, MI Posts: 585 | hmm. the OP lives in my area.
