Default Are Depo headlights supposed to fit 318ti's?

I ordered my Depo headlights from bavtoys and they look great but the rear of
the assembly is so so much bigger than stock!

You all hopefully remember what stock looks like, here are the Depo's (generation 4):

It didn't fit. Not even close! Yes I know my car is slightly wrecked but I had to
do the following (a lot of work!) to get the passenger side to fit:

The driver's side was no problem. Have other people run into this problem??

they should fit fine
i had some trouble with mine had to jimmy the screws a bit but with a little tinkering they did fit. Seeing that there is a little damage you will probably have to do the same thing. Push the metal on the side away and try to slide the light in. Also if the drivers side fit then the passenger side will have to also, it looks like you just have to fix that fender

The Depo fits into the 318ti fine just a little tight. You need to angle it in starting from the inside nose panel then toward the fender. I agree the bent fender might be hindering the headlight from properly fitting.

yeah. any alterations from the original conditions, i.e. damages, dents, etc., will make it more difficult to fit smoothly. i thought the same thing when i got my depos but they do actually fit, a bit snug, but they fit.
removing the bumper might give you more room to fit them in for you.
