Default BavAuto Springs

Just wondering if anyone has had, or has heard of anyone having problems with the red bavauto springs?

They dont seem to ride well with the billy sports, almost like they are too soft...?
Also my left rear is sagging.......it is at least .5 inch low.
I am going to swap the rears side to side to check for changes.
Ugh...more oil on the shaft of the rear shock....blown again?
Are these shocks blowing due to wrong springs? wtf...billy sprorts....bav springs...? my car bouncing, or should I say- no leveling--? It just falls with every dip....headlights up and down.....

I have never owned a lowered car, maybe this is how stiff sports ride?
On smooth roads it rides nice, but there are none around here.

my car has the stock setup and still goes up and down on dips and stuff. The ride is not that smooth on bad roads but rides real smooth and has great handling on the right streets. I have been told they just ride this way. But I believe I am wrong in ur case. Just thought I should tell you that I experience this too.

I have the same setup: BavAuto red sports springs and Bilstein Sports. But my ride is actually okay... not bouncy at all. It sounds like you may have blown the shocks if they're that bouncy and you're seeing oil.

As far as the drop... they do settle more than you would expect. I think mine dropped another 0.5" from what BavAuto says they're supposed to.

I fully agree with you! (& I think I may even noted this isssue at some point in the past - on this site)

I have bav auto springs & the bills (purchased at bav auto), & I too think they seem too soft. My front bumper seems to swipe/scrape the ground way more often then it should, particurarly on 'dips' on the pavement (not neccessarely pot holes).

my rear end is fine though, and it does not really sag...
