Default Will this work?

I want to be able to use my Blackberry or Mp3 Player in the car. I currently have the Business CD player and 6 disk cd changer but it does not play MP3. So I wanted to know if just adding this piece will be a plug and play to my current radio.

That kit is for the newer cars... it will certainly not be plug and play but you may be able to wire it in somehow using the aux jack if your head unit has one.

With either one, you sacrifice the CD changer to gain the MP3/ipod/bluetooth functionality

He has an in dash CD already so giving up the changer may not be a big deal.

At a quick glance, both of these would plug into the headunit where the CD unit plugs in...

The DICE integration unit plugs into the cable at the CD changer end in the back, so you don't have to remove the head unit...

Which CD business head unit do you have?
