Default 1994 316i Compact from Egypt

Hello everyone! I'm delighted to join this forum because I intend to do all the work needed on my car myself, and I'm sure I'll have a LOT of questions.
This is my second ever car (first was a 1974 Mini, and the first car I've wrenched on heavily by myself. I bought it from its second owner who had it for 10 years. It has around 320k kms on it, and is completely stock (quite rare where I live).
It has the stock 1.6l M43, which I plan on replacing in the somewhat distant future.
So far I've fixed the headlights, fog lights, replaced the brake switch and the blower motor (nearly drove me to insanity). Up next is a full bodywork restoration and respray, as it still has the factory paint.
(Last picture is with my brother's 1987 320)
