I can't imagine being over there on a holiday and someone shooting at my ass. I'll second that drinkin drivin' thing. Plenty of drunks up at the lake this weekend.....on 2 lane roads . Someone dies every fourth at Lake Tahoe 'cause some rummy crosses the line. We're staying off the roads tonite | | | 07-05-2008, 05:50 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Denver, Colorado Posts: 3,212 | Happy 4th everyone, for those that can blow roman candles blow some for me since Colorado doesn't sell them. Didn't get a chance to drive to wyoming to get mine this year. | | | 07-05-2008, 06:14 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2008 Location: Nevada Posts: 259 | damn I LOVE Roman Candles. We bought 20 of the 2 footers last New Years. I never got a chance to get any for the 4th. Nevada has plenty of good ol' fashioned blow 'em ups in a few counties....just gotta' drive a few hours. | | | 07-05-2008, 08:21 AM | #11 | Moderator Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Maryland Posts: 3,220 | Anyone doo anything fun last night? | | | 07-05-2008, 03:39 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: SW Florida Posts: 4,275 | Well Sean's best friend Ryan came over one last time before he leaves for North Dakota on Sunday. We watched all the fireworks shows up and down the Front Range from the balcony. We live on the 6th floor so we can see all up and down the mountains. It was pretty cool! __________________ Sean 1995 Active | | | 07-05-2008, 03:42 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | Went to some big fireworks show since houston doesn't allow fireworks inside the city limits! __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 07-05-2008, 04:33 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2008 Location: Nevada Posts: 259 | Quote: Originally Posted by BMW_Hatchback Anyone doo anything fun last night? | I took a nice canyon run around dusk and watched fireworks on TV.
