Default Back interior light, windows and locks not working

I'm not sure if this has been addressed before but for some reasons windows, rear light that turns on and off according to the door being open or closed and the locks do not work. The problem is intermittent. It comes and goes it seems every couple of weeks. All the fuses are intact. I'm stuck as to what the problem is.
