Fog Light Switch Cover and Knob

I have a friend in Mexico City, Mexico who needs our help. He needs both switch covers and knobs for his car. I have the headlight/parking light side cover from Zippy. I also have the fog light BLANK cover. He can not use the blank I have. So, I'm looking for the fog light cover and a knob. Who can help me out? I am willing to trade for these parts...or we can talk money.

FWIW- both Tischer and Pelican show both of these parts as still available and they're not expensive.

I bought a fog light switch cover about a year ago and it was less than $10, IIRC.
