Hello All, I will be tracking my 95 318ti (328ti) with M52B28 swap soon. It has a factory lsd (option). What do you guys recommend for diff oil for RACING application? I was looking at 75w90 or 75w110 Redline. - Dasauto88 | | | 02-07-2019, 07:10 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Elizabeth City, NC Posts: 3,877 | Definitely the thicker oil. You might even consider 75w-140. Have you rebuilt the diff with new clutches? I'm not sure how the small case will hold up to the M52 on track. When I rebuilt my medium case diff the clutches were toast and that came from a E30 325i. Last I checked thayermotorsports has the small case clutches and can recommend fluids. __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
