I really like the fact that the corner lights are actually clear, instead of white or smoked. If I remeber correctly the thing about these lamp units is there is additonal stuff you have to buy to make veryhting work...not sure though.... __________________ DannyBoy 1997 318tiA Sport, 99,500 miles, All original except for APC Super White Bulbs. | | | 01-05-2006, 08:16 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Ohio Posts: 183 | Let me knoe if you like them and how they turn out...I may get a set __________________ DannyBoy 1997 318tiA Sport, 99,500 miles, All original except for APC Super White Bulbs. | | | 01-05-2006, 08:19 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: cary, nc Posts: 2,259 | ddiorio! you havent been here in a while if i remember correctly! glad you are back! I was waiting to buy the headlights so I can finnaly install my HID's in the low beams and in the fogs. The price seemed too good to be true, but whatever, it's a done deal now. Does DustenT have these same headlights to? __________________ "Power Rules, Smooth is Fast, Late Brake if you HAVE TO, But Always get the Inside Line.......and Fear No One." | | | 01-05-2006, 11:57 PM | #10 | TRETEN IRGENDEINES ESELS Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Rhode Island Posts: 3,687 | The look pretty good,i just don't like the corner lights. I remember L8 bought some and they had more of a yellowish glow to it. | | | 01-06-2006, 12:38 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Southern California Posts: 420 | hummm.... to many shady people on e-bay, I laugh at one of my friends who thought he was getting a BMW Parts that was real, but if you read it very carefully it states that it is not made for use! (LMAO!) He thought he was getting a great deal on O2 Sensors. I am still laughing just thinking about it, Mothman | | | 01-06-2006, 01:12 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | Quote: Originally Posted by Mothman First how do you like them, second where did you get them? Thanks, Mothman | Well, I havent received them yet.......but they look like quality stuff. And I got them on EBAY. I was just searching, and this one came up which was one of the lowest priced ones on there. I hope I got a good deal. __________________ "Power Rules, Smooth is Fast, Late Brake if you HAVE TO, But Always get the Inside Line.......and Fear No One." | | | 01-06-2006, 01:21 AM | #15 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Mechanicsville, Maryland Posts: 3 | From the pictures, they look really nice. Many brands do not come with a plug-n-play connector set up, so some light soldering may be requied to install securely. A friend of mine bought some from ProCar Parts a while back, they seem to be working good... quality appears good. Beware of the install instructions, his were incorrect. let us know how they work and if you think the quality is what you expect. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
