Default WTB: California Top 318ti, automatic transmission.

If anyone has been thinking of selling a 318ti California Top, let me know. I live in Los Angeles and drive to the Valley on a daily basis, so a manual is out.

Default Transmissions

Manuals are fun when you can get 'em out of 2nd grear. After driving in this bloody traffic for six years, when I feel the crushing need to go through some gears I jump on the bike.

I think that a good compromise are the shiftable automatic/stick thingies you see on all the late models. You can keep the gear low when you need the top end--only downside is crappy downshifitng. I wonder what it's doing to the life of the transmission if you ride those things hard?
