One of the cleanest 318ti's ever. All tires (225/50R16 Bridgestone RE760) and brakes have at least 60% remaining. Clutch is near new. After warm up, temperature gauge is always where it should be (middle). I'd be confident driving it across the country. I re-stuck the headliner cloth and both window regulators were replaced professionally. Miles: 174,100 M-Tech Edition 1.9L 4-cyl engine 100% Full Maintenance history available All keys (including valet key) and all new car documentation are present - A/C (blows cold!), PS, power windows, power door locks, sunroof, remote keyless entry all work. - Real Leather seat bolsters & geometrically patterned cloth - Leather steering wheel - 16" M-Tech package BMW stock aluminum alloy rims (no curb rash) - 10 way adjustable sport bucket seats up front - Folding rear seat backs (makes cargo area cavernous) - BMW M-tech sport tuned suspension on the venerable E36 chassis The only aftermarket stuff: 1. Tastefully tinted windows, 2. 8" Subwoofer, 3. Pioneer stereo deck with Aux input and USB connection (stereo sounds great) I poured money into restoring this car. Driven by mature adults its whole life. Selling due to new reduction in work commute & expansion of family. Following is a shortened list of the work performed in the last 5 years: 1. Lower control arm bushings (new e36 M3 parts) 2. Rear shock mounts 3. All 4 shocks: rears are Tokico sport, fronts are Monroe 4. Rear subframe bushings 5. Rear trailing arm bushings 6. Clutch change to new stock clutch 7. Clutch arm bushing 8. Upper steering column bearing 9. all 4 tires (very nice Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport, 205/50ZR16) 10. all 4 brakes (PBR Deluxe and Balo discs) 11. brake fluid flushes 12. water pump 13. thermostat 14. serpentine belt 15. idler pully 16. tensioner pully 17. a/c belt, and pully 18. oil filter housing gasket 19. rear hatchback's gas strut 20. Normal inspection 1 & 2 activities (fuel filter, spark plugs, etc...) 21. window tinting: 15% rear, 50% front 22. stock radio replaced w/ Pioneer. 23. HVAC controls light bulb changed 24. new tie-rod assemblies (both sides) 25. Alignment, 3 times under my ownership when suspension maintenance/repairs were performed. 26. seat back swap: driver/passenger 27. All exhaust hangers 28. Front wheel bearings 29. O2 sensor 30. MAF sensor 31. Disassembled and cleaned throttle body, idle control valve 32. Antenna boot fix 33. New fog light bulbs and rear parking light bulbs 34. replace door lock actuators 35. rear sway bar end links The bads: very slow leak in valve cover gasket (no drips, bottom of car is completely dry) has resurrected itself again but it's very slow. Missing lower horizontal strake in the bottom grille, upper strake still present and fine. Gently sloping dent on right rear fender, just in front of gas cap. I have MANY more pictures to provide upon inquiry. I've been on this forum for a fair few things, and thus, I think $3400/obo is a nice price for this community. (I hope I'm right). One you bring a cheaper one back up into shape you end up spending easily that much. __________________ 1998 318ti Sport - "Cali" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior, Cali top 1998 318ti Sport - "Max" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior, S52 1997 318ti Sport - "Tiny" Schwartz II/Schwartz sport interior 1995 318ti Active - "Blanca" Alpineweib III/Schwartz leather interior Other Current Bimmers: 2006 530i / 2000 2.3L Z3 / 1997 1.9L Z3 / 1999 540it 1997 318ti Sport - "Huera" - RIP 1995 318ti Active - RIP 1995 318ti Sport - "Tiny" Sold 1994 325i Sedan - "Jade" - Sold 1991 318ic - "Bert" - Sold 1985 635csi sold 1984 533i "Max" Sold 1984 318i sold BMWCCA #160411 SUPPORT 318ti.org! The images are a bit old, but the condition of the dent is unchanged from then, as is the general condition of the car. | | | 12-29-2014, 07:19 PM | #6 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: San Francisco Posts: 14 | Sale pending Sale pending | | | 12-29-2014, 07:29 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | Quote: Originally Posted by E36 G Sale pending | Congrats!
