Default WTB: Ambient Temp Sensor + connector

I know its a long shot, but if anybody has a parts car with one I could use it for my OBC retrofit. Just snip it off and leave a pigtail.

Thanks,

-John

If you haven't already done so, broaden your search.

Hit up bimmerforums.com

You're looking for part #65818350779

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partxref....&kind=P&arch=0

I'm sure you can find a parts car that has the sensor and the harness.

The harness is the only reason I am really asking.

How much of the harness do you need? I may have what you want but it is from a 318i.

Just the clip for the temp sensor. I have fabricated the rest of it myself.

Update: I bought a new temp sensor since they have a tendency to wear out. Just looking for the clip to go on it with a couple inches of wiring.

I thought part #19 was the piece your looking for, but a quick check on pelicanparts says it's for the A/C drier. You may be able to make your own plug. But I think it'd be just as much work as finding someone parting out an e36. Seriously, there's got to be someone on BF.c that has one.
