Default please ID this spoiler and front lip

i honestly love the boxy squareness of our E36 hatchlings but the more and more i look at spoilers the more i want one. I'm having a bit of trouble deciding on either the ACS 3-piece or the factory M-tech spoiler? I'm even contemplating getting the ACS and mounting just the middle section only!

anyway.... the point of this thread is to help me ID this spoiler and front lip. Is this the factory rear spoiler? And this front lip doesn't look like the ones that come with the M3 front bumper that's sold on ebay. Any ideas? Thanks.
