Default Valve Cover Mystery

The mystery begins, I pulled my valve cover off just to replace the gasket...which went to cleaning up the valve cover...to its headed to my powder coater. He came and took a look at the cover and told me I had to remove a couple plates on the underside of the valve cover, one which has a rubber gasket. My question is what is these plates called, specifically the one with the rubber gasket. I want to just replace it since I have the engine ripped apart but running the part number that is on it I can't find any matchs. The plate in question is attach to the side that the breather hose attaches to the valve cover and I assume that it is there so the breath hose doesnt suck up any oil being sprayed around by the cams and oil return tubes that are attached to the plate. I attached some pictures of everything in question. So the phrase of the days is "NAME THAT PART".....any help would be nice. Thanks
