Default And this attaches to?????

Hello all. The lower air duct was ripped off of the Ti and I cannot figure out the part number of the item that it attaches to. I have the duct and wanted to see if I could order the replacement attaching parts.
The duct is #12 in the picture. Any ideas? Should I just fugetaboutit?
Thanks.

Attaches to 14 with 4 screws and clips and slips behind the trailing edge of the lower bumper.

Just my luck. 14 is NLA. The part number isn't in RealOEM. Time to go check out the yards.
Thanks
