Talking FS / FT: 1987 LS1/T-56 RX7 (400WHP, seam-welded chassis, cage, street-legal)

It's time to scratch the annual itch in my quest to build / drive many different types of cars, so my 87 FC3S LS1 is for sale. The car is brutally fast, very agile, and has the critical mods necessary for fun and safe HPDE's.

This car was built by a certified Mercedes technician, and I have over 100 pictures and 4 videos of the build in my Photobucket album. (here)

I have a copy of the clean Autocheck from my purchase last year, during which time I've only put 1,200 trouble free, grin-inducing miles on the car. The car has been inspected by Charlie at Mazcare, who was impressed with the quality of the swap and overall preparation of the car. The motor build and swap have less than 9,000 miles on them.

The frame is straight and rust free, with only minor nicks in the paint, and slight flaking at the rolled/pulled fenders. I have all the A/C lines/compressor/condenser in a box, so the next owner may install if so desired. The logicon, fan, and heater work well. The car has very tight manual steering. No radio or speakers are installed - I listen to the V8!

The car has Cobra wheels at all four corners with brand new Nitto NT05 255/40/17 installed and aligned by Geordie's crew at Butler Tire in John's Creek.

[B]TRADE: As I stated, the itch has set in and I'm ready for my 3rd E36, but in the 318Ti chassis:
- First preference is an S50/52 swapped car, but I will also consider the supercharged inline 4.
- Not looking for maximum horsepower, just clean, reliable swaps.
- Thoughtful suspension mods are more important than loud stereos and other eye candy (though I like them too!)
- Clean chassis with documentation of swap / maintenance a major selling point.

This car will still see a few HPDE's, but mostly fun weekend runs with the family, so I need all four seats.

CONTACT:
I live east of Atlanta, GA.

PM's may take longer, but I will reply.

Willing to travel for the right car.

I have an s52 swapped 318ti that I love, but I've always wanted an LS swap, so I would have been open to a trade. Oh well, too late.
