You can buy adjustable camber/caster upper strut plates, but the lower arms are fixed. I use Powerflex bushings throughout my rear suspension, but I use OEM rubber mounts up front. Unless you know the miles are less than 15k miles, I wouldn't waste my time with used struts -- buy new. I used Koni Sport adjustables on my 'ti, but use Bilstein Sports on my '99 Z3M.
