So last night I took an allergy pill (Zirtec D) right before bed, first time this season I've used it in the evenings. Holy crap was I restless all night! I dreamed most of the night about my car- figidy kind of dreaming. It was all there in detail- removed the complete interior, swapped in a red+black sport one. Removed all 4 wheels, upgraded the suspensionall around. Pulled the motor, bored it out, put on a turbo kit. It was badass! Now mind you this is compete smack because I don't know how to do any of this crap! Yet I was doing it in detail in my dream. I think I've been reading these boards so long I've reinvented my past experiences! Last time I dreamed about my ti I was obsessed with getting 17" round spoke wheels from a Z3 and just missed winning an ebay auction. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 05-13-2005, 12:30 PM | #2 | aka Stabby Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Mead, CO Posts: 5,336 | LOL ... too bad all the work wasn't done on the car when you woke up! i think you obsess on anything long enough and you'll end up dreaming about it. the WORST is when you dream of your work ... I came outside, and the car was halfway in the street. Snow had been plowed around it, preventing it from rolling any farther into the street. I went to start the car and it started spitting oil and making horrible noises. I open the hood and the entire drivetrain was missing. Everything was stripped out of the car. I thought, "I'm glad I bought those wheel locks, that saved them from being stolen". Thinking back, how could the engine have even turned over, if it didn't have an engine in it. Dream sometimes make no sense. The best ones are the ones you can rationalize your way out of.
