Default M50 and swap parts

Hey guys,

The time has come for me to start getting rid of some things. I have pretty much everything I think I need to get this swap done. My daughter spent some time in ICU recently (she's fine now), and the bills are rolling in.

I have a 94 M50 with 90,000 miles on it. It still has all accessories on it (AC, power steering, water pump, alternator...). It also has full wiring harness and computer. I have a new Sachs clutch kit, and the OEM flywheel is on the motor. Other extras include a new radiator for an M50 and an full OEM exhaust (headers to muffler) from a 97 M3. I just put Bosch Platinum +4's in it and a valve cover gasket. The motor spins freely, but I have never personally fired it up.

Motor is on a pallet, and I am willing to deliver within a reasonable distance with my truck.

Make me an offer. If nobody here is interested, maybe I can get a feel for a good starting price for craigslist.

Thanks,

Ryan

$1000 OBO. And I'm serious about the OBO part. Best offer gets it all.

It would be the parts listed in the first message: complete motor including wiring harness and computer, OEM flywheel, clutch, radiator, and full M3 exhaust.

A transmission is not included. Your stock tranny should bolt right up to the M50, although they (motor swap gurus) say it's eventually a good idea to put in a beefier one from a 6 cyl. car.

I've also got a set of BMP design M3 style side skirts painted black that I'll throw in.

Like I said, I can deliver locally or put everything onto a pallet for a freight company (buyer's expense). Ryan

Keep in mind guys (those interested) that you will need atleast $500-1500 extra on the side for additional parts that you will need.

Free bump nontheless for a good price on this deal.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

There is a guy coming to look at the engine in the morning, and I'm pretty sure he's going to buy it. I'll update if he buys it.

Also, the clutch kit is sold.
