Now that it is back, I'm seriously considering buying these. __________________ "Power Rules, Smooth is Fast, Late Brake if you HAVE TO, But Always get the Inside Line.......and Fear No One." | | | 03-29-2006, 07:52 PM | #6 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: San Diego, CA Posts: 15 | | | | 03-29-2006, 09:58 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2003 Location: Northern IL Posts: 263 | Quote: Originally Posted by titanium | did you order these? | | | 03-29-2006, 10:01 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Cincinnati Posts: 890 | Quote: Originally Posted by Juni I actually bid on this item when it had first popped up. If you search bimmerforums, they have pics of them installed with good reviews. | | | 03-30-2006, 02:44 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Malden, MA Posts: 672 | Quote: Originally Posted by campaiar You bid on something right after it was posted on ebay? | No, this is the second time around for this item, looks like a dead beat bidder from the last auction. __________________ "Power Rules, Smooth is Fast, Late Brake if you HAVE TO, But Always get the Inside Line.......and Fear No One." | | | 03-30-2006, 01:50 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: London Posts: 120 | They are not real m3 mirrors though are they? "THESE LOOK AND OPERATE LIKE THE ORIGINAL M3 MIRRORS." I cant understand people who spend a load of money on replicas when the original items are infact little more. | | | 03-30-2006, 02:04 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Puerto Rico Posts: 885 | __________________ BMW...MY NEW TOY Mods: Some plastic parts, ///M Wheels and me | | | 03-30-2006, 04:04 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Muncie, Indiana Posts: 1,551 | I think those look pretty cool. They look kind of like the ACS mirrors. | | | 03-30-2006, 05:41 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | If I could have bought real M3 mirrors for $170.00, I would have. I doubt you can get them from the dealer today for that price; heated and electric. There are a number of websites that sell parts at prices much less than what you would pay at a dealership or if you dont mind second hand, you can get the parts from a breakers yard for next to nothing. I might just be biased, but I think if you spend less on a non genuine part you might well be disapointed by the build quality. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
