Im liking the Eisenmann sound, but it seems like the Stromung is quite close and is easier and cheaper to find in the U.S. Can some more people confirm the stromung emits a lot of cabin noise, could this be taken care of with a resonator?

I've got a Stromung, cabin noise isn't bad at all if you're just driving around, getting on it you'll hear it more but I think it's still bearable

Default 323ti with 328i + z3 exhaust

I've made the exhaust to my 323ti from 328i front (double cats) and z3 3.0 end silencer, all original BMW parts. Between there is some selfmade 2" pipes. I'm satisfied to the result myself, 2x2" from the beginning to the end as it should have been from the factory. Engine is cold in the video and some condens is spraying out.

Here is the exhaust sound of my old 1.9 m44 high flow cat and 4 inch tail pipe this was loud before it ended up on a bollard.
Please listen to the engine not the way it is driven this was the last time it was driven before scrapped and engine out.

Here is a video of my present compact m52 2,8 with just headers no cats.
Here is the first start was a great day.

I still have the car but I was going to sell it so made a last video before putting it up for sale.
This has a e30 powerflow stainless exhaust no cats and chopped at the back to make it fit am going to take the car apart soon so will do a project write up.

Does go well

I started it up the other day and think I am going to keep it.

Here is my somewhat half custom exhaust system
used to have the ACS exhaust (made by Remus) but after few years, it started to sound terrible...plus its super heavy compared to this titatium which you can handle by one hand!!!

1. normal header but thermo wrapped
2. fabricated CAT is from Nismo Metal CAT
3. fabricated from Z3 full Titatium exhaust, straight thru design

Here is a pic of my exhaust in my m52b28.
It was a powerflow exhaust of a e30 325i cut and welded

This is a clip of my new custom made Remus Future twin tip exhaust rear section. I choose Remus becuase of it's signature sound of deep agressive tones. Now I know that Remus makes a system for the 318ti, but they dont offer the style muffler that I wanted, so I went ahead a bought the muffler seperately for a similar sized engine and took it to a well know muffler shop here in MA (Lou's Custom Exhaust). The result make me smile everytime I turn the key. I will add pics to my gallery!

Enjoy!

I'll be visiting them soon for an exhaust like this for my ti!

Resurrecting this thread a bit but, Vesku, I would be very interested to hear / see your exhaust setup ... Just bought a 3.0L Z3 rear muffler for my S52 swap and curious what your setup sounds like ...
