It goes to that plate that fits on top of the 2 holes from your intake manifold(probably the piece that you just took off). The plate has a small black thing on top that also connects to the vacuum line near the top of your engine. __________________ http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...ignature-2.jpg Current Mods: DASC, Depo 5000K Projector Headlights with 6000K Predator Chromiums, BavAuto Sport Springs, 17" Mille Miglia rims, 225/40 Falkens, 10" JL W3 Sub, Clarion APX1300 Amp, M3 Shifter (33% Less Throw), 8% Tint, M Lip, AC Schnitzer pedals, Carbon Gauge Bezel, Black Emblems, Clears All Around, Doubled up Break Lamps, Corner Light Delete, License Plate Delete. Just unscrew the nub on the bottom of the radiator (drivers side). And the the other screw on the pasenger side in between the engine and exhaust manifold. When I changed my coolant I couldnt actually find the second screw but I wasn't doing a hole flush so i didn't care. __________________ http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...ignature-2.jpg Current Mods: DASC, Depo 5000K Projector Headlights with 6000K Predator Chromiums, BavAuto Sport Springs, 17" Mille Miglia rims, 225/40 Falkens, 10" JL W3 Sub, Clarion APX1300 Amp, M3 Shifter (33% Less Throw), 8% Tint, M Lip, AC Schnitzer pedals, Carbon Gauge Bezel, Black Emblems, Clears All Around, Doubled up Break Lamps, Corner Light Delete, License Plate Delete. I'm taking apart my s52 at the moment and taking pictures as I go to note the location of items. I'm also numbering the wires and hoses to ensure they go back in the order they are removed and to their corresponding connections. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 08-17-2008, 12:40 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: el paso Posts: 125 | i have one Quote: Originally Posted by cooljess76 Your best bet is to purchase a Bentley manual. Just search "BMW 3 series service manual". __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 08-17-2008, 02:44 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Globally Posts: 1,162 | <link deleted> | | | 08-18-2008, 08:59 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Minneapolis Posts: 1,587 | OP. In your original picture, that hose leads to the main intake boot. Plugs-in between the MAF and the throttle body. At least that's the case on my car without ASC. ASC cars have an extra throttle body, but I'd assume it's the same set-up. The second hose looks like one that plugs in the side of the throttle body, right underneath the idle air control valve. | | | 08-19-2008, 03:10 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Globally Posts: 1,162 | Just posted it due to google search turns it up.
