I don't even know what to say. I guess a kid wouldn't know how to take someone's reaction. I mean, we're guys right? You can't take a guy's gut reaction to green basketweaves?

Here's my theory, and this is indicative of the dude that sold me the messed up ti, if you have to over style a hatchback, or mod or tune it up so much to make it look "cool", then, maybe you should think about saving up for an M3 or something. There's like an insecurity or some kind of issue with having a car just look good rather than all these cosmetic stuff added to it.

Anyway, I've collected all of what I need for my case, do what you want. I'm out.

You didn't have to say anything, but instead you chose to post an insult. You could've just as easily said that it wasn't your style or even easier clicked the back button and continued browsing. So far all of your post have been negative. You've offered absolutely nothing positive to the community. And to top it all off, you're sh!tting in your own backyard. Do you even realize that there's over 20 members in SoCalTi? Someday you're going need help or mechanical advice. Someday you're bound to run into one of us at a meet or somewhere. Are you going to run your mouth then? I'd hope that we could just squash this and you'll stop being a troll. I understand that you're probably not interested in being friends with any of us, but why can't you just peacefully move on if you don't have anything helpful or nice to say?

BTW, if you have anything else to say, lets take it to PM as not to further crap in this thread. Thanks.

way to take one for the team jess.

and as mentioned a millionx389465293068105 times... everyone has their own taste.. and imo i like what hes doing with the car. i mean you may not like a slammed hatch but some do. i happen to like things either really high or really low.. yet i wont complain about someones car at stock height or even that mine is stock right now too. its his car let him do what he wants and just like jess said theres a back button.

EDIT: damn bryan!!!! your making me want to spend money on my car more and more every minute.
and change of plans on the drift car, i want an e36 coupe for that. im willing to fork over a few extra bucks after every attempt while riding in style every where else.

All I have to say is that your theory sucks since I have an M3 and I would not give up my ti for anything, if you got a raw deal on your ti take it out with the guy that sold it to you and not in our community. Specially with a member that has invested a lot of time, money and effort on personalizing his ti!!!!

B, nice job man and keep up the good work!!

Thanks guys (except for the asshole)

the problem with installing the coil overs was that the top hats for the struts didn't have enough dept in them so i used regular e36 (96 325is) hats since they have a bearing inside them. Also you can use E36 m3 hats to make them fit.

Wow, this comment right here displays your lack of knowledge and further notes your negative energy. Whats a M-tech kit? Search BBS rs or even style 5's on a google? You would most likely see an array of different color ways and schemes that people are powdercoating or painting/polishing their wheels. To make thier M3 stand out amongst the rest. I've seen some pretty vibrant colors mounted on alot of M3's.

I see the same thing with this car! Only I love it better due to it being done on a ti. Most of us here are thrill junkies and love to do different things to our vehicles to either make them faster or add cosmetic flare.
Key factors that qualify one as being an enthusiast.

Maybe you should ask yourself why you didnt purchase an M3?

Or undertsand that you did buy a ti.
And learn here, gain insight and gain friends. Instead of forcing a negative vibe and getting people heated.

We put alot of sweat and energy into our vehicle's, we build and grow with eachother. Comments like the "F**K that looks ugly" will get shut down real quick brother!

Good luck with your car man, Im sorry to hear you got the raw end of the stick.
