Default Curious, what to look for in wrecked cars to sell on ebay

Heylo!

I want to make some money, I usually buy and resell stuff on ebay and such, I just now feel like to expand . Usually I deal with computers (As I'm more accustomed to IT work, and electronics), But I wish to buy a car (318ti of course :P) and well,--getting your first car isn't what I would say cheap So, I plan to hit some junkyards and get some parts cheap and resell on ebay, is this a good idea or not? Has anyone tried it before? Which parts should I look for spefically? I know OBC's go generally well on ebay, what about the steering wheel? (Column?) and other parts?

Thanks! =D Lets hope I be able to buy my own car in full and afford all the mods I want! (And insurance *sighs)

I applaud your enthusiasm, but recommend that you stick with your strengths. You could start small and see what happens.

Well, Thanks!

But yes, so you agree that I could jump into a Junkyard, pull out a few OBC's and some parts I know sell on ebay and make profit? Or is there some secret to this gain?

Any prior experience at buying at a junk yard will be appreciated Like, how hard is it to get away with buying a Few minor parts/major parts and not have to pay a big price for it?

Im not saying like, I can walk out with a trans for 1$. But like What should I expect for average prices for things I can package in small boxes and make some profit on ebay?
