Default clicking noise pls help video

hi i have a clicking noise on my 2002 318ti coming from lh side of engine car is rhd it also seems to lose water also noticed white creamy deposits on dipstick only brought car last week

Blown head gasket or cracked head. Anytime you get the milkshake in the oil that is water getting into the oil. So losing water and milky oil is not a good sign. The motor was most likely overheated and blew the head gasket or cracked the head.

Well i have sorted the noise now it was the power steering pump surprised to hear it is cracked head as the car runs lovely without fault and temp needle sits in the middle and never overheats as have driven on a 40 mile trip drives fautless there are just one or two small white milky spots on dipstick was hoping it was condensation ok thanks anyway for letting me no bad news.
