Default Need Opinion on Steering Wheel and Seats

Hello folks,

I the leather steering wheel cover is off of my '95 ti sport, only the rubber cover now and the top half rolls freely front and back. Do I need to replace the wheel to stop the spinning, or will a leather cover compress that and stop it? Where is the best place for recovering with leather or getting a good looking replacement? I looked at Wheelskins but they do not cover the 4 support struts.

My front seats are just loose and clicky and creaky. I cannot decide whether to replace them with an after market seat or if this problem can be fixed if I decide to just re-upholster them. If I replace them, what are my best after market options? Can the be sent to be refurbished somewhere? I bet the manufacturer does not make them.

Thank you in advance for all your input!

Gary

I'd think a steering wheel cover would make the spinning less noticeable

I'm not sure how a wheelskins cover wouldn't work, bavauto.com sells them and one of their demo pictures is on a 4-spoke steering wheel

new wheel was one of the best things I did.. The stock steering wheel is offcenter.. (At least in my '96) I ended up with a euro m-technic wheel that was smaller diameter and centered and other than losing the airbag it's great. If you wanted to keep the airbag there are other options (even more money unfortunately) but I really hated that off center wheel and for me it was well worth it..
