Default OBC and E36 Dash

Well first of all this isn't going to even be an issue for a couple of months but I want everything planned out from the beginning. I wasn't going to be modding my ti instead opting for an E36 M or E46 330ci but after some peer pressure I'm going to be using the ti as my project car while still saving for a newer daily driver which will most likely be a 330. I'm going to be doing the 3.2L swap, hopefully FI and at the same time I'd like to transplant the dash and OBC from an M3. Will the dash line up with the vents and airbags for the most part? I understand wiring will be a bitch but if I'm already ripping out the whole engine and ECU I can't imagine it could get too much more difficult.

I've tried searching the subject but for the most part I'm just finding threads of other people asking like me without any write ups or real documentation on how to do it. Thanks in advance.

I had wondered if anybody had done the swap from the Ti dash to the coupe/sedan
